Architectural structure of thin film greenhouse

The structural form of the thin film greenhouse is a multi span multi span pointed arch structure connected by a gutter. The roof design of a film greenhouse with a height of 2.3m is mainly composed of components such as foundations, columns, main arches, auxiliary arches, gutters, doors, electric roof rolling films, and electric rolling curtains.

1. The foundation of the greenhouse is made of 180 by 180 by 1000mm reinforced concrete prefabricated components. The columns and prefabricated components are connected by flanges, which can meet the design standards for greenhouse bearing capacity, the quality of the insulation room foundation, and the manufacturing and installation quality of the insulation room. The greenhouse ring beam is made of 200 x 180mm concrete, and the apron slope is 0.5m wide and 0.1m thick.

2. The main arch adopts 60 × forty × 2 rectangular pipes are used to ensure the structural strength of the roof, and the connection between the main arch and the main arch, as well as the connection between the main arch and the columns, is flange connection. The spacing between the main arches is 4m, and three auxiliary arches are added between the two main arches. The material of the auxiliary arches is φ thirty-two × 1.5 galvanized steel pipes with an arch spacing of 1 meter.

3. The column adopts 100 × fifty × 2.5 rectangular pipes with a vertical spacing of 4m. The main structural components of the greenhouse, such as the main columns and top arches, are all treated with hot-dip galvanizing on the surface, ensuring the overall service life of the insulation room.

4. The gutter is formed by stamping 1.5mm galvanized steel plate, and the design of the gutter not only meets the drainage requirements of heavy rainfall, but also takes into account the convenience of installation and maintenance work for operators.

5. Each greenhouse is equipped with one sliding door with a size of 2m × The 2.2m sliding door is covered with film on the surface and fixed with aluminum alloy slots, with rollers installed on the upper part.

6. Three sets of electric rolling film systems are installed on both sides of the electric rolling film greenhouse and on one side of the wet curtain. The rolling position of the film is about 1.8m, and a domestic 25 mesh fan insect net is installed at the rolling position.

7. The electric top rolling film is installed at the distance from the gutter on the roof of each greenhouse, with two long top rolling film ventilation openings. The domestic electric film rolling device is used, and the width of the top rolling film ventilation opening is 1.5m. There are a total of 8 sets of electric top rolling films in a single greenhouse. The starting position of the lower end of the top roll film vent is 0.4m. A 1.35m wide plastic film pressure strip is installed at both ends of the top roll film vent, and the roll film device is blown up by strong wind. Install 25 mesh fan insect nets on the top roll film vents.

8. Drainage: bidirectional drainage, using a diameter of φ 110mm PVC downpipe, open ditch to be built by Party A.

9. The main steel structural components of the fan rust treated film greenhouse are all hot-dip galvanized and passivated. The connecting bolts and nuts that come into contact with rainwater are galvanized (excluding anchor bolts and nuts). The normal service life of the membrane connected greenhouse frame is more than 15 years.
